iConnexion is your source for all your insurance needs. Whether you have a claim, a question or a concern, we’re here to help you. Although our team is accessible after hours, many of our vendors offer 24 x 7 support for more general inquiries. If you should have a question about your bill, during our off-hours, you may contact our vendors directly. Vendors cannot change your policy, add drivers, or even offer you discounts. They can simply answer general billing questions you may have about your account. We do prefer that you contact us directly with billing questions, but if your matter is urgent, below are the numbers of many of our vendors who are available 24x7.
